The special use permit amendment for Phoenix Country Day School to build a new performance arts center is scheduled for action and a public hearing April 11.
Paradise Valley Town Council recently reviewed the application March 14 after the Planning Commission recommended it for approval. Vice Mayor Mark Stanton led the meeting in Mayor Jerry Bien-Willner’s absence. Council Member Ellen Andeen was also absent.
They discussed noise, traffic and parking, receiving the same information as the commission.
Council Member Julie Pace asked about an ending time for noise, similar to Commissioner Pamela Georgelos.
