Ryan Companies breaks ground on WV industrial park

Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, and ESI Ventures announce the financial closing and beginning of construction for Surprise 34. Comprised of two buildings totaling more than 145,000 square feet, the industrial campus will provide premier industrial opportunities for users seeking space for their logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain needs in the West Valley.

“We are excited to work with ESI Ventures to provide mid-size, flexible light industrial space to a variety of end users in the fast-growing City of Surprise,” said Beau Brush, vice president of construction operations, Southwest region, Ryan Companies. “This project meets the needs of top-tier industrial companies that are relocating to the Phoenix metro area.”
