There is a new housing development coming to Queen Creek, but it is not going to do much to address the yawning affordability gap, according to a statement from Toll Brothers, which bills itself as the “nation’s leading builder of luxury homes.”
Merion Grove, slated for the corner of East Ocotillo Road and 193rd Way, will offer floor plans between roughly 3,500 and 4,300 square feet and start at $1.3 million.
“We are thrilled to introduce Merion Grove, a community that exemplifies luxury living in Queen Creek,” said Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona.
