Arizona homebuilders oppose business park proposal by industrial giant

Two Arizona homebuilders are fighting a proposal for a new business park in the city of Goodyear, citing concerns that the development will have adverse impacts on the abutting neighborhood.

A business park comprising five buildings, each ranging in size from 147,090 square feet to 217,320 square feet,is being proposed by Prologis near Cotton Lane and Camelback Road, next to the firm’s newly developed Prologis 303 industrial park.
