Korman Communities, in partnership with RXR, has revealed its latest project in the Phoenix market. The Class AA residential high-rise, AVE Phoenix Sky, will offer 254 residential units, 17,000 square feet of amenity space, and 4,350 square feet of retail space within 17 floors.
Like its mid-rise neighbor AVE Phoenix Terra that opened in March 2022, AVE Phoenix Sky will offer both flexible-stay furnished apartments and luxury apartment rentals.
