Shea Homes’ Arizona Division, for the third time in four years, claims the top prize in the most renowned yearly competition among Arizona home builders. The 38th annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards concluded April 6th with Shea Homes winning the 2024 Builder of the Year. Ensuring the highest quality of homes and communities to their customers across Arizona, Shea Homes was additionally the winner of four other categories.
Presented by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, the MAME Awards recognize the homebuilding industry’s best sales, marketing, design, merchandising, architectural and professional achievements in our community. Categories are open to new home companies of all sizes, from production to custom builders, as well as member vendor partners. The winners and nominees are acknowledged for their work as well as set a standard of excellence and quality across the Arizona homebuilding community. Twenty-five home builders submitted over 450 entries for more than 60 categories, making this year’s MAME awards the most competitive in recent memory.
