CG council hears report on future housing

CASA GRANDE — A study session on the city’s approach to new housing developments and planned road improvements was held by the City Council on Monday.

City Manager Larry Rains told the mayor and councilmembers the topics were timely due to the current 2024-25 budget process.

Planning and Development Director Paul Tice provided a breakdown of housing types, including the current trend toward build-to-rent communities and apartments.
