CASA GRANDE — The City Council will be exploring options on regulating short-term rental properties after hearing a presentation from city Management Analyst Robert Aldous during a study session Monday.
Aldous talked about a statutory framework for governing short-term rentals and provided background information and options.
He estimated there are about 110 short-term rental homes in Casa Grande, but he said the number is hard to “nail down.” He said an ordinance could result in additional tax revenue and addressing any problem properties.
