Earl Drive development pitched in Scottsdale

A developer is pitching a “mixed-use medical office/residential project that will include 124 living units.”

The Clayton Medical Suites and Residences would convert five lots covering 2 acres near Earl Drive and Civic Center Plaza. Two blocks east of Scottsdale Road, the project is on the south end of Old Town.

Phoenix-based K & I Homes sent a letter inviting neighbors to an April 16 open house, in anticipation of filing an application with the city “on or before May 10.”
