Landsea closes on Mesa lots

Landsea Homes has closed a $10.57 million deal on 90 lots in Mesa that will be home to a new gated community called Circlestone.

The sale of the 14.5-acre parcel at University Drive and Loop 202 broke down to $117,500 per lot, according to Valley real estate tracker vizzda.com

Landsea in a release said that the development will comprise single-story and two-story floor plans ranging between 1,400 and 2,600 square feet. Land development will begin next month, and sales are expected to begin in June 2025.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in the city of Mesa with the closing of these 90 new homesites,” said Heather Cammiso, Arizona Division president for Landsea.
