Offerpad Solutions Inc. has named Peter Knag as the new chief financial officer of the Chandler-based real estate tech firm that is eyeing a move to Tempe.
The appointment is effective June 5. Knag succeeds former CFO James Grout, who remains with Offerpad (NYSE: OPAD) as senior vice president, finance.
