What does your company/organization do? Full service law firm; plus planning, project management and traffic engineering.

What significant challenge have you faced in your career and how did you overcome it? People hire lawyers to solve problems and when you’re young, no matter how confident you are in your ability, you don’t have a track record that allows people to trust that you can handle their most difficult situations. I struggled with this reality as I wanted to solve big problems but needed someone to believe I could. I quickly decided that in order to gain the trust of smart people I would just have to work harder, be more responsive than anyone else and never ever lose. Which is exactly what I did.
