Phoenix offers zoning support for major industrial site development

A prominent infill site at the former Motorola and Onsemi campus has received the final zoning approvals needed by the city of Phoenix for a new industrial campus.

City Council moved forward with rezoning and a general plan amendment for about 70 acres at McDowell Road and 52nd Street at its May 1 meeting.
