On May 20th, Vestar will break ground on Phase 2 of construction of the Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek, which will feature anchor tenant Target.
A grand opening is set for fall 2025, according to a press release. With a total of 260,000 square feet, Vineyard Towne Center will offer a mix of retail shops, services and dining options at the northwest corner of Gantzel and Combs roads.
“This important milestone brings us closer to the completion of Vineyard Towne Center. Now that this project is nearly 100% leased, it reaffirms our vision from day one, which was to bring a premium shopping experience to the Queen Creek community,” stated Jeff Axtell, executive vice president of development for Vestar, in the press release. “We look forward to kicking off Phase 2 in May, taking us one step closer to our grand opening next year.”
