Dermody sells another chunk of El Mirage land

Days after completing a massive Valley land deal with Microsoft, Dermody Properties has sold off another block of its land in El Mirage at the LogistiCenter at Copperwing industrial complex.

Nevada-based Dermody sold 121 acres to Dallas-based Compass Datacenters for $79.3 million, according to Tempe-based real estate database Vizzda. The land is located on the southwest corner of El Mirage Road and Peoria Ave., where Compass Datacenters already has big plans. The Dallas company put down about $39.7 million to complete the sale, according to an affidavit of property value.
