Measure to end term limits for Arizona judges is one step closer to November ballot

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A ballot measure that could end term limits for state judges passed the Arizona House on Wednesday, moving it one step closer to the November ballot.

It was approved on a partisan 31-29 vote. This version now heads back to the Senate for final approval.

As Arizona’s Family previously reported, state Republican lawmakers have been eying a plan for months to prevent Arizona Supreme Court judges Clint Bolick and Kathryn King from potentially losing their seats.
