CASA GRANDE — Three new stores will soon be operating in Casa Grande, with storefronts of two businesses prominently displaying “coming soon” banners. Mexican food outlet Los Plebes Taqueria, Dollar Tree and Freddy’s Frozen Custard are set to open in the coming weeks.
At the site of the former Little Sombrero Mexican food restaurant on Florence Boulevard, a banner declares that Los Plebes will soon be operating. The restaurant will specialize in homestyle tacos, burritos and Sonoran hot dogs and already has a location operating on North Promenade Parkway.
A spokesperson for Los Plebes told PinalCentral on Monday that at present there is no fixed date as to when the restaurant across from City Hall on Florence Boulevard would be operating. They added that the store had yet to go through formal city permitting and planning processes and did not say if they had plans to move from their current business at the Promenade.
