Office developer behind Biltmore’s Bond finds new project

An office building in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale is set for a big transformation.

Phoenix-based developer George Oliver Cos. — known for big office repositions in the Valley like ArborThe Alexander and The Johnathan and Bond — now has its hands on a 162,227-square-foot building at 4141 N. Scottsdale Road. George Oliver and Denver private equity firm Ascentris partnered to purchase the building in a joint venture from an entity linked to California-based Palisades Capital Realty Advisors for $26.05 million. The deal closed June 6.
