The city of Tolleson held its 2024 State of the City digitally this year, uploading a video of Mayor Juan F. Rodriguez to the city’s YouTube channel. Rodriguez opened the address recognizing the city’s anniversary and listing the city’s priorities for the upcoming year.
“This year holds special significance for Tolleson as we celebrate 95 years of growth, resilience and unity,” Rodriguez said. “As a city, our focus remains on infrastructure, public safety, economic development, education, health and social services.”
Rodriguez explained how infrastructure enhances the overall quality of life for residents by providing access to essential services such as clean water sanitation and energy.
