Arizona is on fire with new incoming advanced manufacturing deals, with much more to follow over the next 25-50 years.
Deglobalization is reshaping the manufacturing landscape. Let’s forgo the vagaries and indignities of off-shore dominance; supply chain disruptions, resource intimidation, geopolitical skirmishes; to declare our independence from the global status quo. Arizona is poised to become the center of a manufacturing mega-region together with our neighbor, Mexico, and our growing financial partner, Canada.
According to a new report from CommercialSearch, Phoenix has the largest manufacturing pipeline in the country out of 100 markets surveyed. This pipeline drives a resurgence of domestic manufacturing for the entire state, thanks to our vast inventory of greenfield sites, a pro-business climate and, thanks to the inspiration from leaders such as Michael Crow, a culture of innovation.
