Coolidge P&Z updated on planned burger joint

COOLIDGE — Development Services Director Gilbert Lopez has offered an update on the Wendy’s proposed at the northwest corner of Vah Ki Inn Road and Arizona Boulevard.

During the most recent Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, Vice Chairman Tom Scott asked Lopez for the update.

Permits have yet to be issued but Lopez insisted they could be issued quickly as the restaurant is in its final review.

Senior Planner Phil Garthright confirmed Wendy’s had printed out their final approvals Aug. 7, the same day as the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
