Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that all 86 homes at its 55+ active adult community, Skye Ridge at Victory in Verrado in Buckeye, Arizona, have sold out.
“Skye Ridge at Victory offered active adults the right blend of scenery, amenities and quality of living, and we’re very proud of how well received the homes were,” said Todd Condon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Arizona Division of Landsea Homes. “While Skye Ridge is officially sold out, 55+ homebuyers will soon have another opportunity to own one of our High Performance Homes in the beautiful Verrado master-planned community at Mira Vista at Victory coming this fall.”
Nestled in the heart of Verrado’s master-planned community, Mira Vista at Victory will offer 145 new duplex and single-family home floorplans with thoughtfully designed spaces. Homes will range from 1,070 to 1,324 square feet with two bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices are anticipated to start in the upper-$300ks.
