Rose Law Group expands family law department

By InBusiness Phoenix

Rose Law Group, Arizona’s largest woman-founded law firm, is excited to announce a major expansion of its Family Law Department to meet the increasing demand in one of the firm’s busiest practice areas. The department has doubled its staff, bringing back a trusted attorney and introducing new talent to the team.

After a brief hiatus, Audra Petrolle, a seasoned and compassionate family law attorney, returns to Rose Law Group.  Audra is known for her strong advocacy in family law matters, including premarital and postmarital agreements, dissolution, and post-decree issues. With prior experience in complex civil litigation, Audra has a comprehensive understanding of both family law and broader legal challenges. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Arizona in 2013 and has since developed a deep connection to the community.

“We are thrilled to welcome Audra back and to introduce Ashley, and [Lori] to our team. This expansion not only reinforces our commitment to providing top-tier legal representation but also ensures that we can meet the growing needs of our clients with the highest level of service,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group.

Also joining the team as associate attorney is Ashley Hutton, a cum laude graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Ashley has focused her legal education on honing her skills in negotiation, mediation, and trial practice, making her a valuable addition to both the Family Law and Litigation Departments. A proud Arizona native, Ashley is passionate about serving her home state and enjoys spending her free time camping, painting, and baking.

They join Aaric Siesco, a Phoenix native and Brophy College Prep alum, with a decade of dedicated client service to Rose Law Group. He has a strong background in handling complex family law cases, including business valuation, contested parenting time, and spousal maintenance claims. Aaric’s practice also encompasses appeals of family law matters to the Arizona Court of Appeals. Outside of work, Aaric is a skilled musician, boxer, and dedicated family man who enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.

Aaric Siesco added, “Joining Rose Law Group is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of outstanding professionals who are as dedicated to client service as I am. I look forward to contributing to the continued success of the Family Law Department.”

The team is further strengthened by the addition of paralegal Laury Henderson who will work alongside current paralegal Amica Acritelli. Amica, the lead family law paralegal at Rose Law Group, has been a steadfast presence in the department for two decades, bringing extensive experience in family law as well as probate, litigation, criminal, and appellate cases.

Kaine Fisher, partner and director of family law, echoed this enthusiasm, stating, “With such a versatile and talented team, we are reenergized and fully equipped to guide our clients through the delicate and critical matters that impact their families’ well-being. Each member of our team brings unique strengths that enhance our ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate legal services.”

The Family Law Department at Rose Law Group also coordinates closely with the firm’s Tax and Trusts and Estates teams to provide clients with comprehensive legal strategies that address all aspects of their cases. Our goal is to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes with minimal stress, ensuring that their legal needs are fully met.
