CASA GRANDE — The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Thursday was a relatively quiet and short affair, with only two major site plans passed on the consent agenda.
The Scottsdale-based development firm Hawkeye Development had multiple requests that included a preliminary replat, a subdivision variance and a major site plan, which were approved unanimously.
Hawkeye’s requests pertain to a 15,240-square-foot warehouse and office building for Elliott Electric Supply near Main Avenue and Mercedes Street.
