Construction of a Class-A, medical outpatient building (MOB) is underway at Goodyear Civic Square within the GSQ master development. The MOB is a collaboration between Globe Corporation, the owner and developer of GSQ, and Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider. Ryan is the developer and general contractor of the MOB. Located at 1800 North Civic Square, the three-story, 62,475-square-foot building is fully preleased to Banner Health, and will be completed by Q3 2025. This milestone marks the first medical project to start construction within GSQ, helping to solidify the city’s vision for their new downtown.

“Goodyear and the West Valley are primed for tremendous growth, which makes this an exciting time to be bringing a premier medical building with a leading health system to this state-of-the-art mixed-use development,” said Jaime Northam, vice president of healthcare development, Ryan Companies. “Our team plans to work thoroughly with Banner Health, Globe Corporation, the City of Goodyear and our trade partners to deliver an exceptional medical building that will serve West Valley residents for years to come.”
