Homebuilder breaks ground on ‘High Performance’ Mesa community

By InBusiness Phoenix

Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential home builder, announced that it has begun development on 90 homes for a new community called Rialta in Mesa, Arizona.

“The groundbreaking of Rialta extends Landsea Homes’ presence in a highly sought after location within the City of Mesa,” said Todd Condon, Arizona Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Landsea Homes. “Breaking ground always marks an exciting step in the creation of a new community, and we look forward to offering additional opportunities for buyers to own a High Performance Home at Rialta very soon.”

Rialta will feature 90 homes with single-story and two-story floorplans ranging from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. Residents of Rialta will have access to a range of amenities, including a pool and pickleball courts. Homes are expected to begin selling in Summer 2025. Pricing will be determined at a later date.
