Paradise Valley mansion sale sets new Arizona record

Joshua Peters is on a roll.

As founder of Stately Development, he co-developed a 15,516-square-foot mansion on five acres in Paradise Valley and sold it for a record-breaking $32.39 million. Representing the most expensive ever sale in Arizona, the Aug. 27 closing is one of three records Peters set within a matter of days under his luxury broker license with Realty One Group.
