Rose Law Group played a key role in the successful development of The Shops at Terravella, a vibrant commercial and retail center in Queen Creek.

Spearheading the zoning and regulatory aspects of the project was Chris Webb, Partner and Director of Land Development Solutions at Rose Law Group, who is also a long-time Queen Creek resident. Webb guided the project through Queen Creek’s approval process from 2018 to 2019, which involved site plan approval and securing Conditional Use Permits for tenants such as Dutch Bros.

Developed by Newquist Commercial Properties and The Aspen Group, the approximately 11-acre development now stands as a bustling commercial and retail destination. The project includes two shop buildings totaling over 15,000 square feet and over 44,000 SF of commercial /retail space, leased to a variety tenants including popular names such as Aldi, Dutch Bros, Valvoline, Navy Federal Credit Union, and local services like Crown One Beauty Supply and Drizzle Donuts.

Chris Webb, reflecting on the project, said, “The Shops at Terravella was an exciting project to be involved with. I’m extremely proud of the end result and the incredible businesses and services this project brings to the Town of Queen Creek at one of its main intersections. As usual, the design quality and attention to detail infused into the project by Newquist Commercial Properties and The Aspen Group is top notch. We were able to work through some challenging issues with the help of a great Town Staff to achieve approval of a project that has become a real amenity for the Town residents.”

With the center now fully developed, it serves as a hub of convenience and activity, offering everything from retail services to personal care and banking, all contributing to the growth and development of Queen Creek.
