Council approves monument signs for PV subdivision

Monument signs for the Silver Sky subdivision have been approved by the Paradise Valley Town Council.

The lighted monument signs will be located at 6108 E. Ironwood Drive and 6109 E. Maverick Road, at the entryways of the newly constructed streets of Maverick Road and Ironwood Drive.

The signs were unanimously approved during the council’s Sept. 26 meeting. The item was part of the consent agenda which is voted on with one motion. Items from the consent agenda can be removed by council members or the public for a separate discussion and vote. 

Jeremy Takas of Silver Sky PV LLC, on behalf of the property owners, requested the approval for the one-sided subdivision identification monument signs that will be placed at the northeast corner of Coconino Road and Ironwood Drive and the southeast corner of Coconino Road and Maverick Road.
