Developer moves ahead with new Pinal County community

Tempe-based W Holdings is in the preliminary stages of developing a new master planned community southeast of Phoenix that will add 346 homes.

The developer has been moving the project forward since the Pinal County Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning application in August for a 98.8-acre community called Rock Creek.
