Developers unveil details for plans around TSMC

A who’s who of Phoenix’s economic development community gathered Oct. 24 inside the luxury Global Ambassador hotel, at the invitation of Mack Real Estate Group and McCourt Partners.

The small crowd mingled with their drinks and hors d’oeuvres on the cool evening, eagerly waiting to learn what’s in store for a 2,300-acre mixed-use development that will surround the sprawling Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. complex in the largely undeveloped, northern reaches of the Valley.
