The single-story, free-standing facility was constructed using concrete tilt-up construction, boasting 48 dock doors, a 32-foot interior clear height and 162 parking stalls complemented by 44 trailer storage parking spaces. Designed to meet both immediate and future needs, the warehouse offers a 3,000 square foot speculative tenant improvement office suite.
With a focus on long-term sustainability, the facility incorporates eight onsite drywells for private stormwater management.
