Pair of Verrado commercial projects move forward

Eisenberg Co. and Alliance Residential Co. are the latest companies making plans for the fast-growing Verrado community in Buckeye.

The Valley-based developers are proposing a mixed-use project with a 100,000-square-foot shopping center and a 394-unit, three-story apartment complex at the southeast corner of Roosevelt Street and Verrado Way.
