Pedestrian friendly downtown Chandler thriving

Chandler is experiencing a renaissance in its downtown as new restaurants, shops, and multi-family housing complexes take root, transforming the historic district into a thriving destination for residents and visitors alike.

 With steady support from the City Council, the city continues to invest in projects aimed at enhancing both accessibility and the aesthetics of the downtown area.

Spearheading this transformation is Lauren Koll, Chandler’s downtown redevelopment program manager. 

She points to several recent projects designed to enhance visual appeal and pedestrian-friendly connectivity throughout the downtown.
