Projects to watch in Pinal County

Pinal County is in the bullseye of more developers and major employers that want to expand in Arizona given its proximity to Phoenix and Tucson, its major freeways, a Union Pacific line and plentiful available land.

Since an onslaught of companies snatched up remaining sites in Pinal County’s industrial parks for new facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic, activity has slowed down some as interest rates climbed. But that hasn’t stopped development from moving forward.
