The luxury home market in metro Phoenix is heating up, with 21 homes selling for more than $10 million this year through the end of the third quarter, according to closings on the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
“This has been one of the most robust ultra-luxury sales year on record, with the highest sale ever closing in the state, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale dominating the highest sales in the country on a regular basis,” said J. Andrew Turley, president of Phoenix Valuations, which appraises the majority of luxury homes in the Valley.
