Phoenix, AZ— Maricopa County Supervisor Thomas Galvin of District 2 issued the following statement regarding his reelection to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors:
“Thank you to the voters of District 2 for electing me to another term on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. I am proud to be the first Latino Republican elected to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and am doubly proud to be elected so twice. Serving the constituents of District 2 has been an absolute honor and I am ready to build upon the great work we have accomplished over the past three years. My priority is the safety and prosperity of Maricopa County families, and I will continue to advocate for lower taxes and increased resources for law enforcement. I’m grateful to the law enforcement associations who endorsed me and my commitment to hire more deputies, increase pay, and improve emergency response times. I look forward to working with the new and returning supervisors on these important issues.”
