Yuma could be the future home of a spaceport that would help companies launch satellites into space, while creating thousands of new jobs and generating billions in economic impact for Arizona

The city of Yuma —  lead applicant for the Southwest Regional Aerospace Innovation Alliance — has been named a finalist in the National Science Foundation’s Regional Innovation Engines program.
