Heritage Park in DT Gilbert signs first tenant

Heritage Park, the highly anticipated mixed-use development in downtown Gilbert, has its first tenant: a Nebraska-based restaurant group.

Flagship Restaurant Group signed a lease for approximately 14,000 feet of space in Heritage Park and will use it to open three dining concepts, the project’s developers announced Monday.

Real estate firms Creation and Crescent Communities are partnering to develop Heritage Park on a 10-acre parcel on the west side of Gilbert Road between the Western Powerline Trail and Juniper Road.
