Here’s a list of all permits issued Nov. 11 through Dec. 9.

Commercial 

APEX Motor Sports tenant improvement permit valued at $25,000. 

Electrical District No. 3 alteration permit valued at $6,000. 

Home at Maricopa apartment complex shade structure permit for ramadas, cabanas and playground, valued at $138,000. 

Ironwood Ranch Apartments swimming pool permit valued at $155,000. The contractor is Rondo Pools and Spas. 

Desert Cedars Equities 2 at-risk grading and drainage permits for Southbridge Marketplace.

Overland Apartments shade structure permit for carports at Reinsman Commons, valued at $1.1 million. 

Stonegate BFC major development review permit for build-to-rent apartment project. 

Volkswagen of America shade structure permit valued at $75,000.
