The Mesa-based charter school system Heritage Academy is eyeing up a plot of Maricopa land for a new elementary school.
The kindergarten through fifth grade school would be built on four undeveloped parcels of land near Honeycutt and White and Parker Roads, according to a public records request obtained by InMaricopa.
Heritage Academy currently operates a campus a half-mile south of the proposed location. It serves middle and high school students.
