The Paradise Valley Planning Commission has approved a staff recommendation to amend the town’s zoning ordinance so it complies with new state legislative requirements on processing rezoning applications.
At its Tuesday meeting, the commission unanimously voted to accept the staff’s recommendations. The issue will go before the town council for final approval in February.
The changes are more of the town doing “administrative clean-up work so that the town code complies with the state legislation,” Planning Commission Chair Pamela Georgelos said.
