Taylor Morrison to match HomeAid wildfire donations

Taylor Morrison is stepping up in a huge way to help the Los Angeles relief efforts following its devastating wildfires, vowing to match any donations made to HomeAid dollar-for-dollar.

“Working in home building, I’ve seen firsthand just how important community, and the many comforts of home can be,” CEO Sheryl Palmer said in a LinkedIn post. “The idea of losing one’s sanctuary and being left with next to nothing is unimaginable, yet it’s a sad reality many Californians are facing right now.”

Palmer said she spent much of her childhood living in West LA and attended high school in the hard-hit Pacific Palisades region of the city.

“Leveraging our longstanding partnership with HomeAid—a leading non-profit developer focused on housing solutions for homeless communities—Taylor Morrison is proudly matching all donations dollar-for-dollar to aid in these communities’ eventual rebuilding efforts. If you would like to join us in directly helping those displaced by the fires, you can make a donation here: https://igfn.us/f/57ai/n.”
