Developer on ‘fast moving train’ at AZ’s largest community

Charley Freericks has been moving nonstop since last August when he was tapped by The Woodlands, Texas-based Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HHH) to serve as Phoenix market president.

He is in charge of developing the state’s largest master-planned community, the 37,000-acre Teravalis, on pristine desert land on the west side of the White Tank Mountain Regional Park in Buckeye.
