The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board is set to vote on a site plan review for a 39-acre housing development at its Feb. 12 meeting.

The meeting takes place at 4 p.m. Feb. 12 at the chambers, 57 E. First St.

The development, Hawes Crossing Village 4, would be at the southwest corner of South Hawes Road and East Warner Road. The plan consists of 259 single family lots, with a variety of lot widths, floor plans and elevations. The development also includes 9 acres of common area/open space and a 2.4-acre neighborhood park with a shaded playground, sport courts, dog park, community pool and shaded seating. There will also be three pedestrian plazas.

The request was made by Drew Huseth of developer Landsea Homes, on behalf of the land’s owner, the Billy W. and Nora D. Maynard Living Trust.
