Carefree Covered RV Storage is starting construction on a new facility in the city of Maricopa.
The project will begin next month and is expected to finish sometime in late 2025. This will be the 8th location nationally and 6th in the valley for Carefree Covered Rv Storage, and the facility will be located at 45760 West Estrella Parkway on 11 acres of the Estrella Gin Business Park.
There are 512 spaces planned to be on offer at this new storage space, and according to a press release put out by Carefree, there will be quality covered parking, wash bays, an RV dump station, state-of-the-art security, and a customer welcome center on site.
