Paradise Valley residents have no doubt taken note of the massive black tarp on the southeast side of Mummy Mountain.

The long-vacant property has a history in town. It has ties to Frank Lloyd Wright and was entangled in a lawsuit over a period of time, but it is finally about to rise up after years in limbo.

The Salloum family has commissioned Cullum Homes to build a new estate on the property that once had plans for a residential compound designed by the famed architect.
