Arizona home builder Minimal Living Concepts was founded in 2021 with the goal of creating the world’s most seamless path to buying new construction online.

Co-founders Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag started with a line of backyard guest homes— also known as casitas or accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and now, after building over 100 guest homes, they are expanding their business to include selling new semi-custom primary homes online.

Mr. Diamont and Mr. Amzallag, who met while running digital agencies and selling luxury real estate in Los Angeles, share a passion for harnessing the power of technology and digital marketing to simplify the often confusing and frustrating experience of trying to buy and build a new home, according to a press release.

If cars could be configured and ordered online without setting foot in a dealership, they thought, why should buying a home be any different?

Customers should be able to select a pre-designed model online, make a limited number of selections, and order a home to be built at the location of their choosing.
