Affordable apartment project opens in Glendale

Gorman & Company, Governor Katie Hobbs and Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers,  celebrate the grand opening of Centerline on Glendale, Arizona’s first affordable housing community financed using state low-income housing tax credits. at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 6, at 6775 N. 67th Ave.

This development was made possible through Arizona’s new state tax credit program, established by the Arizona Legislature with the passage of bi-partisan S.B. 1124 in July 2021.

Centerline on Glendale brings 368 units of mixed-income housing just south and west of the city’s downtown.
