The town of Gilbert is advancing plans to sell two town-owned parcels located at the northeast corner of SanTan Village Parkway and Ray Road, near Crossroads Park.

The larger parcel encompasses just under 19 acres and is zoned for public facilities/institutional use, while the smaller, 5-acre parcel at the hard corner is zoned for community commercial use.

During a recent council meeting, it was noted that the town owns approximately 1,300 acres across nearly 400 parcels, constituting about 3% of Gilbert’s total planning area. Notably, 76% of these parcels are two acres or less, with only 8% being 10 acres or more.
